Partner Program Terms

Approval and eligibility

Applications are reviewed individually. Only approved Canadian partners may use an Evidraw referral link or creator code. A partner must promote to adults and may not target people who may be vulnerable to gambling harm. Evidraw may suspend links or decline applications for misleading or unsafe promotion.

Attribution and customer discount

The first eligible partner link visit within 30 days before a new account registers establishes its partner attribution. A creator code may establish attribution at checkout only if no partner is already attributed. An account may have only one partner. An eligible referred customer receives 20% off the first year of Evidraw Plus; Stripe displays the exact amount before payment. Discounts are not cash, cannot be transferred, and do not apply to past payments.

Commissions

An approved partner earns 25% of each eligible referred customer's Evidraw Plus subscription payment during the first 12 months after that customer's first successful payment. Commission is calculated on the amount actually collected for the Plus subscription after discounts and before sales tax. A sign-up, trial, unpaid invoice or cancelled checkout earns nothing. No commission is earned on a payment after the 12-month period.

Holds, reversals and payouts

Every commission is held for 30 days after successful payment and may be reviewed for fraud, refund, dispute or self-referral. These payments are ineligible, including partial refunds to the extent refunded. Eligible balances of CA$25 or more are reviewed for payout monthly in Canadian dollars. Balances under CA$25 carry forward. If a payment is refunded or disputed after a partner has been paid, the overpayment may be offset against future commissions. Payout timing may depend on verification and lawful tax or payment information.

Promotional rules

• Prominently disclose your paid relationship with Evidraw in each promotion; a link or discount code by itself is insufficient.
• Do not claim Evidraw predicts winning numbers, guarantees prizes or improves the chance that a valid individual lottery line wins.
• Do not imply endorsement or affiliation with OLG or any lottery corporation.
• Do not send unsolicited messages, use purchased contact lists, impersonate Evidraw, misrepresent pricing or use prohibited audience targeting.
• Describe Evidraw accurately as a portfolio-building, coverage, recordkeeping, budgeting and evidence-testing platform.

Responsible play

Evidraw does not sell lottery tickets or guarantee winnings. Every valid individual lottery line has the same chance of winning. Play responsibly.

Privacy and contact
